Job description

As a highly skilled and motivated RevTech Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of revenue technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires an understanding of RevTech systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, senior management, technical users.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with RevTech leaders to establish an attainable delivery schedule for RevTech projects.
• Highlight and escalate delays and drive to resolution any delays in delivering projects.
• Triage inbound JIRA tickets to assign the tickets to the appropriate teams. Work with the RevTech leader and business owner to set expectations on timing and delivery.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, within the RevTech and/or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue technology systems and their implementation.
• Knowledge of lead to cash revenue.
• Excellent project management skills with a sense of ownership, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and strong attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Must be located in Pune
