Job description

Join Modulate as we pioneer the future of conversational intelligence. Modulate is the leader in conversational voice intelligence. We enable platforms and enterprises to deeply understand how people communicate and take timely action based on those insights. We are building a self‑serve Conversation Intelligence Platform — APIs, workflows, and applications that bring voice understanding to customers at enterprise scale.

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to architect and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that drive predictable, high‑quality revenue. Reporting to the Director of BizOps & Strategy, this is a high‑impact role at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy — with direct influence on forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and revenue performance. If you’re energized by turning complexity into clarity and building operational engines that unlock scalable growth, this is your opportunity to shape how Modulate scales.

Your Impact
  • Enable confident, data‑driven leadership decisions. You’ll strengthen forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics so executives and GTM leaders can plan, prioritize, and invest with clarity and precision
  • Increase revenue team productivity and focus. By architecting scalable processes and intelligent automation, you’ll eliminate friction, reduce manual work, and empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to concentrate on acquiring, retaining, and expanding customers
  • Turn data into strategic leverage. You’ll transform fragmented information into a reliable source of truth, surfacing insights that improve conversion rates, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen customer retention
  • Build the foundation for sustainable scale. As Modulate grows, you’ll ensure our systems, governance, and operational rigor evolve alongside us — enabling predictable performance, transparency, and long‑term revenue resilience
What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue engine excellence. Partner with GTM leaders to design and optimize scalable end‑to‑end processes across lead management, opportunity progression, forecasting, and cross‑functional handoffs
  • Build the data backbone for growth. Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion, retention, and revenue performance — enabling faster, more confident decision‑making
  • Architect automation & AI leverage. Identify and implement automation opportunities across the GTM tech stack to reduce friction, improve data integrity, and increase seller productivity
  • Translate insights into action. Diagnose funnel inefficiencies, test improvements, and introduce system‑level enhancements that measurably improve conversion rates, velocity, and operational rigor
  • Own the revenue systems ecosystem. Lead optimization and governance of HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stack, ensuring data accuracy, adoption, and long‑term scalability
  • Enable GTM teams to operate at their best. Serve as a trusted operational partner and subject‑matter expert, equipping teams with the tools, training, and clarity they need to execute effectively
Who You Are
  • 4‑7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related function within a high‑growth B2B SaaS or AI company
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Default, Notion, and preferably other workflow or automation tools
  • Highly analytical — able to dig into data, clean it, structure it, and surface insights that drive action
  • Exceptionally detail‑oriented and process‑driven; you intuitively notice inefficiencies and enjoy fixing them
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while executing with precision in complex, cross‑functional environments. Clear, thoughtful communicator who collaborates exceptionally well across teams
  • Energized by shaping early systems in a growing org — and maintaining them as they scale
  • Passionate about AI, ethical innovation, and Modulate’s mission to make online voice communication safer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
Benefits
  • Competitive salary + equity—Full health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO, with a strong culture of taking it
  • Weekly team lunches with dietary accommodations
  • Hybrid work: core in‑office days with flexible remote options
  • Regular leadership and industry learning sessions
  • Support for career development and continued learning
  • Up to 8 weeks work‑from‑anywhere policy
  • A deeply inclusive, human‑centered culture
Pay Transparency

Modulate believes in transparency as a cornerstone of equity and trust. Compensation for this role is based on seniority, skills, and experience. Salary: $125K-$145K. Equity: Offered. Other perks: HSA, FSA, 15 holidays, professional growth resources.
