Job summary

iLink Resources is seeking a Structural Designer with Revit experience to support our Design Team on major industrial facilities. The role focuses on field evaluations, drafting, and coordination with engineers to develop 2D and 3D drawings.

Hybrid work is available for local candidates and remote work is possible for out-of-state applicants. Strong communication and mentoring skills are valued as you may guide junior drafters.

Qualifications

• Education: 2-year technical degree.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D AutoCAD, Revit and point cloud integration.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1; exposure to Bluebeam and advanced steel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic mentoring ability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field evaluations and measurements to develop repair or replacement drawings.
• Draft complex structural drawings of steel, concrete, wood, masonry.
• Develop design-portions of evaluation reports.
• Quality control of drafting produced by others.
• Drive new applications for existing and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical oversight of less experienced drafters.
