Role Description

This is a full-time in-office (with the possibility of becoming hybrid over time) role for a Revit Specialist/Technician at Neves Architecture & Design located in Kearny, NJ. The Revit Specialist/Technician will be responsible for coordinating project requirements, ensuring precise and accurate Revit models are delivered, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Expert in REVIT Architecture (MUST HAVE; Minimum 5‑Years of Experience) & AutoCAD (Plus)
• Ability to Build Clean, Precise and Accurate Parametric Families and Project Models, Manage Model Coordination with Ease, and use Design Options Effectively.
• Experience in Production of Construction Documents for Commercial and/or Multi‑Family Residential Projects
• Maintaining Proficiency in Revit Software, Communication, and Time Management Skills
• Organizational and Problem‑Solving Skills
• Ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Team in a Fast‑Paced Environment
• Attention to Fine Detail and Ability to Multitask
