Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Revit Modeling Architect in Birmingham, AL to produce high-quality Revit models and visualizations that translate design concepts into precise, buildable models. You will collaborate with project leads and design teams to support delivery and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field and at least 2 years in a similar role, you will contribute to efficient project delivery, maintain design intent, and advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural or design-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and modeling standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track and manage individual time entries to support project scheduling, productivity, and cost control.
• Develop detailed architectural models and renderings using Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical standards.
• Execute project deliverables as defined by the project lead, meeting established deadlines and quality expectations.
• Support the design and visualization process through precise modeling and rendering, contributing to the development of creative and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to incorporate feedback and refine models throughout the design process.
