Job summary

Vincere in Houston, TX, is seeking a Revit Drafter for a temp-to-perm on-site role to produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on modular buildings.

You will develop construction and MEP drawings from sketches and blueprints, review for accuracy and compliance, and maintain organized drawing files. Revit MEP experience is a strong plus; on-site work is required in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with hands-on drafting experience.
• Experience creating and modifying architectural/construction drawings.
• Able to develop construction and MEP drawings from sketches and specs.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed construction drawings for modular buildings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Review drawings for accuracy, quality and project compliance.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation; Revit MEP experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.

This a Temp to possible perm position that must be worked on site

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with hands-on experience creating and modifying detailed architectural/construction drawings
• Create and modify detailed construction drawingsfor modular buildings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop construction and MEP drawings from engineer/designer sketches, specifications, and blueprints
• Review and update drawings to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation; Revit MEP programming/modeling experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
