Job summary

CampusPoint seeks a Revit Designer to prepare detailed drawings and design documentation for commercial kitchens and related facilities. You will collaborate with sales, owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop accurate plans that meet codes and client requirements.

A strong background in Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam is highly sought after. You will produce kitchen layouts, utility drawings, and installation documents using CAD tools, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit essential.

Qualifications

Degree or certification in Design and/or CAD Drafting or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
BIM software experience is preferred.
Knowledge of commercial kitchen and foodservice layouts.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documents.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in foodservice consulting or hospitality projects is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed food service equipment plans, kitchen layouts, utility drawings, and installation documents using CAD software.
Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools; review shop drawings for utility information.
Collaborate with sales, owners, architects, engineers and contractors to develop accurate plans.
Conduct site visits and field measurements as required and coordinate with project teams.
Coordinate meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients and prioritize workload.
Maintain current kitchen product knowledge through meetings and presentations.
