Qualifications

• 5+ years professional architectural experience.
• Experience producing Construction Documents in a professional architecture firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
• Build, manage, and coordinate Revit models for existing and proposed work.
• Produce permit and bid drawing sets.
• Coordinate closely with consulting engineers.
• Develop details responsive to real field conditions.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Revit

Strong experience with existing-building documentation

Exceptional organizational and coordination skills

Education

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited U.S. program
