Pay Range: $60-$70k base Salary plus Bonus

What's the Role?

Guaranteed Rate is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Reverse Mortgage Sr. Processor to join our innovative and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Loan Officers to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients—from home buyers to refinancers—throughout the entire Reverse mortgage process
  • Prepare, review and ensure the timely delivery of all loan disclosures to your clients in accordance with all governmental and investor requirements
  • Order and review all necessary Reverse Mortgage borrower and 3rd party documents, including but not limited to appraisal and title documentation, as well as all required credit and underwriting documentation
  • Submit complete loan files for underwriting review
  • Scheduling and tracking of closing dates, contingency dates, and document expiration dates
  • Work with clients directly to obtain all necessary conditions needed for final approval, including continuous follow-through to ensure documents are received timely and loan closing within required SLA’s
  • Communicate with LO, Client, Realtors (as applicable) on periodic status updates
  • Use state of the art technology to manage your loan pipeline

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of recent Reverse mortgage experience in a Processor role in the residential mortgage industry
  • Experience with Quantum Software a must
  • Experience in HECM and Jumbo, Reverse, HomeSafe, Platinum, Choice products
  • Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills and work ethic
  • To be adept to reviewing and analyzing income documents, including calculating income from salaried and self-employed individuals
  • To be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and be a member of an innovative winning team
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking
  • An inherent desire to serve clients in order to create something unique and fantastic
  • A commitment to integrity and customer service
