You’ll receive weekly skill-building, one-on-one coaching from seasoned sales leaders, and hands-on experience through real customer conversations, with the goal of developing trusted, high-performing mortgage professionals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month virtual classroom to build a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
• Transition into a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions and coaching from experienced sales leaders, plus real-world customer interactions.
• Develop into a confident, knowledgeable mortgage professional with a long-term rewarding career.
