Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing clients' financial situations, providing expert advice on reverse mortgage options, preparing and processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Loan Officer will also be in charge of building relationships with clients, conducting financial planning, and achieving sales targets within the states of TX, CA, FL, OK, ID, and MN.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Reverse Mortgages
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance
• Strong Sales skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is helpful
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance
• Experience working with seniors and understanding their financial needs is a plus
