Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Entry level warehouse/production experience is acceptable.
• Basic use of a desktop computer and RF devices.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Operate equipment safely and avoid safety infractions.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Flexible with work schedule; attendance required.
• Eager to learn and improve.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and merges orders.
• Rebags/retickets, replenishes or stocks merchandise.
• Loads/unloads trailers; scans merchandise; builds pallets; labels merchandise.
• Verifies production/location accuracy; may set product locations.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Follow policies, procedures, and training guidelines; adhere to safety rules.
• Move and operate in a non-climate controlled facility for long shifts.
• Stand/walk for 8–12 hours; may require stairs and lifting up to 30 pounds.
