Richemont Americas is seeking an Operations Associate for Reverse Logistics in Grand Prairie, TX. The role involves preparing and moving merchandise, picking and packing orders, replenishing stock, and maintaining a safe working environment in a non-climate controlled facility.

Evening shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm–11:00pm with hours varying by business needs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, fluent English, and basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with reading, speaking and writing proficiency.
• Entry level warehouse/production work experience.
• Basic computer skills and use of handheld RF devices.
• Able to perform basic math computations.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule; attendance required for shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and merge orders.
• Rebag, restock and replenish merchandise.
• Load/unload trailers, scan items, build pallets and label merchandise.
• Verify accuracy of production or location and set product locations.
