Job summary

Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Reverse Engineer to support our PRIME contract. You will reverse engineer and debug existing software, identify defects, and research open-source vulnerabilities to develop mitigations and solutions.

You will work with low-level programming, assembly language, and standard reverse-engineering tools in a fast-paced team focused on defending the nation’s cyber infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 4 extra years may substitute the degree.
• 5 years of experience in reverse engineering (3 years with a Master’s).
• Experience with low-level programming and assembly language.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of industry-standard reverse-engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform reverse engineering and debugging on existing software.
• Identify defects in software and provide ways to correct defects.
• Research open-source vulnerabilities related to software.
• Develop methods to identify if running software is vulnerable.
