Job summary

SEON is seeking a senior Revenue Systems professional to join the Revenue Systems function, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and more. This role is ideal for a senior builder-operator who can bring structure to complexity.

You will optimize Deal Desk coverage, implement AI agents and automation, and manage the GTM tech stack while ensuring clean data flows. Remote work within the US is supported, with occasional travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue systems or ops; HubSpot and DealHub experience.
• Strong project management and requirements gathering skills.
• Practical AI experience and solid relational data management.
