As Revenue Strategy & Business Development Principal, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the commercial and financial strategy behind our global operations. This team is part of the Strategic Finance organization and sits at the intersection of finance, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.

In this role, you'll focus on revenue strategy, pricing, and deal structuring, working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, and Product teams to develop scalable commercial frameworks. You’ll pair analytical rigor with commercial acumen to drive sustainable, profitable growth while working directly with senior leaders across the company. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team at the heart of Via where you’ll play an integral role in helping us scale.

This role is based in NYC, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue strategy efforts, including pricing structuring, go-to-market optimization, and incentive alignment across all product segments globally
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Partnerships and Operations teams, supporting high-stakes deal negotiations through rigorous financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis
  • Work on corporate and business development initiatives, including financings, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships
  • Help define and refine KPIs that guide leadership and support business-wide decision-making
  • Develop executive-ready materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic initiatives

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with excellent judgment, strong business intuition, and a bias for action
  • Commercially savvy and comfortable operating in ambiguity; especially in high-stakes, external negotiations
  • Fast-moving and responsive; you thrive in a dynamic environment and consistently deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills; you’re able to break down complex problems and communicate insights clearly
  • Creative and solutions-oriented; you think on your feet and bring fresh approaches to tough challenges
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Passionate, collaborative, and kind; a true team player who uplifts others
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup or blue-chip company

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
  • We are proud to offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matching.
