National Grid in Northboro, MA is seeking an administrative revenue services specialist to support end-to-end order-to-cash processes and advanced revenue services. You will handle correspondence, perform account updates, and assist with billing and revenue recognition while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Strong communication, math skills, and MS Office proficiency are required; a High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
Under general supervision, perform administrative and advanced revenue services duties. Perform a full range of assignments consisting of related steps, processes or methods. Exercise initiative in completing recurring work while using judgment and procedures.
Requires knowledge of the end to end order to cash processes and perform work including, but not limited to, the following:
Hourly Pay Rate - $24.59
