Job summary

Qualifications

• Some college, degree is not necessary.
• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume B2C e-commerce or AR risk analysis.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for financial reporting; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time credit card transactions to detect fraud and maintain security.
• Lead end-to-end chargeback management and prepare evidence for representments.
• Reconcile credit card settlements and analyze DSO and outstanding receivables.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards showing key metrics for Finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and IT to optimize processes.
