Job summary

Tucson Electric Power Company is seeking a Revenue Requirements Analyst Intern in Tucson, AZ. You will support the Rates & Revenue Requirements team with financial analyses, data management, regulatory research, and reporting for rate proceedings and forecasting.

Open to motivated students pursuing degrees in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields, with a strong appetite for data and regulatory topics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field with expected graduation May 2028 or later.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize and analyze data with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with financial analysis or utility operations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with revenue requirement analyses and forecasting.
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Support regulatory filings, reports, testimony exhibits, and related documentation.
• Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, summaries, and management reports.
• Conduct research on regulatory, financial, and industry topics and summarize findings.
• Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
