Job summary

Nimble Solutions is seeking a Revenue Recovery Specialist in Missouri to manage day-to-day billing, ensure accurate invoicing, and follow up with clients and patients. You’ll work under the Billing Manager to support revenue capture and maintain compliance with payer requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding and EHR systems such as Epic, Athena, or Cerner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in medical billing, revenue cycle, or AR roles.
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 codes and EHR/PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Post write-offs in the billing system as appropriate.
• Collaborate with coding, collections, and accounts receivable teams to support revenue cycle processes.
• Respond to billing inquiries from clients, patients, or insurance companies in a timely and professional manner.
• Submit invoices to patients and manage outstanding balances.
• Generate and mail patient statements and set up patient payment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information.
