• Familiarity with insurance billing guidelines, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and EHR/PM systems (Epic, Athena, Cerner).

Responsibilities

• Post write-offs in the billing system as appropriate.
• Collaborate with coding, collections, and AR teams to support revenue cycle processes.
• Respond to billing inquiries from clients, patients, or insurers in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist in implementing new billing processes, systems, or software upgrades.
