Job summary

Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform, is seeking a Product Manager for Commerce Systems to own the engine that powers Stripe’s internal and merchant monetization, fees, and reconciliation. You will lead cross-functional teams and design unified control planes.

You will oversee the reduction of integration friction for internal product teams while ensuring merchants receive transparent fees and robust reconciliation tools. This role sits at Stripe’s core revenue engine.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology.
• Deep experience with large-scale backend systems and API-first mindset.
• Proven track record building platform infrastructure serving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize internal billing and seller systems to reduce integration friction for product teams.
• Architect velocity by streamlining monetization workflows and core capabilities.
• Drive the product vision for the revenue platform with annual/quarterly plans.
• Navigate complexity and lead with a clear engineering roadmap.
• Partner with GTM, Finance and Legal to design ingestion, enrichment and serving interfaces.
