Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, contract administration, billing, revenue ops, or related operations.
• Experience reviewing contracts or pricing schedules and translating requirements into system/account setup.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Review contracts and amendments to interpret pricing structures, billing terms, rate schedules, and account requirements.
• Validate pricing and setup requests against contracts and resolve discrepancies before implementation.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, projects, pricing, and payer sites across enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain pricing, rates, and account information across CRM, ERP, billing, and financial systems.
• Ensure pricing and account information is accurate and consistent across systems for accurate billing.
• Support new customer implementations, contract amendments, pricing changes, or ongoing account maintenance.
