Job summary

Performance Drone Works (PDW) is building next-gen tactical robotic systems for defense and public safety. We seek a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration, partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, and Customer Success.

This role emphasizes scalable processes, accurate data, and continuous improvement. You will drive recurring processes, approve quotes, coordinate SKU launches, and coordinate end-to-end revenue

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Business Operations, or related role.
• Experience running recurring processes with multiple data sources and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
• Ability to translate business requirements into workflows and scalable operating procedures.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and secure handling of bookings, revenue, and contracts.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly pipeline and forecast reviews by monitoring opportunities for hygiene, stage progression, forecast risk, and policy adherence.
• Be the first line quote approver reviewing submissions for accuracy, pricing, terms, delivery, and contracting.
• Manage day-to-day bookings by reviewing data against booking criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve data exceptions and maintain accurate reporting.
• Track dependencies across booking to revenue lifecycle and coordinate with process owners.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable processes, system requirements, testing plans, and user enablement.
• Coordinate SKU development and product launches across multiple teams and systems.
• Set up product and price books in Salesforce and NetSuite, validating workflows before release.
• Use Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI to reconcile data and produce reliable reporting.
• Document procedures and escalation paths, partnering with system owners to reduce manual effort.
