Job description

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale our U.S. growth engine. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to build processes, surface insights, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role is about creating smart systems that fuel growth—and you’ll have the freedom to build from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Shape sales and go-to-market strategies for multi-state expansion
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, removing bottlenecks and boosting conversion
  • Turn data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that drive decisions
  • Streamline processes in HubSpot and supporting tools for better visibility and efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership to align strategy and maximize impact
  • Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
Key priorities in your first 6 months
  • Build a deep understanding of Fresh’s business, customers, and sales processes
  • Take ownership of U.S. CRM (HubSpot) reporting and deliver actionable insights for leadership
  • Launch and optimize sales campaigns in new markets to drive clinic growth and retention
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy to execute go-to-market plans and improve conversion rates
We’d love you to have
  • 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Go-to-Market roles
  • Experience in high-growth startups (bonus if in MedTech/HealthTech)
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting, ideally with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proven ability to design scalable processes for sales pipelines and marketing funnels
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—comfortable building from scratch
