Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead CRM strategy, data integrity, and reporting across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will build unified dashboards, automate processes, and ensure accurate commissions while enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands-on CRM administration experience, especially with HubSpot.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Ability to partner with IT, Finance, and Sales to standardize data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards showing activity, pipeline, and results.
• Ensure data hygiene and accurate commission calculations across platforms.
• Own day-to-day HubSpot CRM administration and data quality.
• Oversee inside sales and vendor performance, expanding internal capabilities as needed.
• Document Revenue Operations processes, CRM workflows, and reporting procedures.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to automate recurring tasks.
