Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Director in the United States to lead the design and operation of the company’s commercial operating model. You will own the ROB, the Salesforce and commercial systems roadmap, and governance for pipeline and forecast, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product and Technology to enable sustainable growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience involving leading or coordinating projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, data management, process documentation, and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project).
  • Exposure to digital tools and automation in HR environments is a plus.

The opportunity

The Revenue Operations Director leads the design and operation of the company's commercial operating model. The role owns the Commercial Rhythm of Business, the Salesforce and commercial systems roadmap, pipeline and forecast governance, and commercial performance management, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Product and Technology to enable sustainable growth. The role works closely with Business Analytics & Insights Services (BAIS) on enterprise data, analytics and reporting. Recognized both within and outside the organization as a thought leader in revenue operations, the role recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on commercial results, influences business decisions made by executive leadership, and resolves problems that are complex and multi-dimensional.

Role responsibilities
Commercial Rhythm of Business
  • Own the design and operational execution of the Commercial Rhythm of Business (ROB), recommending operating strategies and plans with direct impact on commercial results.
  • Define commercial metrics and scorecards, communicating performance, risks and trade-offs to executive leadership on matters of strategic importance.
  • Establish standardized operating cadences for pipeline, forecasting, strategic accounts, customer success, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive accountability through metrics, action tracking, and operational governance.
Salesforce & Commercial Systems
  • Own the commercial strategy, business requirements and roadmap for Salesforce and related platforms, partnering with BAIS, Technology and other stakeholders on architecture, integration and delivery.
  • Partner with internal administrators and external implementation partners to deliver enhancements.
  • Ensure CRM design reflects commercial process and business strategy.
  • Lead governance across Salesforce, Gainsight, Power BI, marketing automation, and future AI-enabled capabilities.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
  • Design and implement standardized pipeline management processes.
  • Establish opportunity governance, stage definitions, qualification criteria, and forecast methodology.
  • Improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
  • Deliver executive forecasting and commercial performance reporting.
Commercial Performance & Insights
  • Define the commercial KPI framework and performance measures required to operate the business.
  • Translate commercial priorities into reporting requirements and partner with BAIS on executive dashboards and standardized reporting.
  • Analyze commercial performance to identify risks, opportunities and actions that shape and influence commercial decisions made by executive leadership.
  • Support executive leadership, Board reporting, and strategic planning.
Process Excellence
  • Standardize commercial processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Establish commercial data definitions and governance requirements in partnership with BAIS and Technology on enterprise data standards and architecture.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to continuously improve execution, resolving problems that are complex and multi-dimensional across functions, systems and data.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, BAIS, Product and Technology to create a unified commercial operating model that enables sustainable growth.
  • Represent the organization externally as a thought leader in revenue operations - industry forums, peer communities, and partner and vendor advisory councils - and bring external best practice back into the commercial operating model.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Success in the First 12 Months

The successful candidate will:

  • Stand up the Revenue Operations function.
  • Operationalize the Commercial Rhythm of Business.
  • Complete key phases of the Salesforce redesign.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline governance.
  • Establish commercial KPI and reporting requirements in partnership with BAIS.
  • Establish commercial data governance in partnership with BAIS and Technology.
  • Increase CRM adoption and data quality.
  • Create a scalable operating foundation for future commercial growth.

Skills & expertise
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leading or coordinating projects, ideally within a global or matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated project management experience - scoping, planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines; PMP or an equivalent certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR systems, data management, process documentation, and project management tools (for example Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project)
  • Exposure to digital tools and automation in HR environments is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and Experience
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related function.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and CRM strategy.
  • Recognized internally and externally as a subject-matter expert in Revenue Operations, with demonstrable external contribution (speaking, publishing, industry or peer-community leadership).
  • Experience leading CRM transformation or commercial systems implementations.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
  • Experience building executive dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven success influencing business decisions made by senior and executive leadership across multiple functions.
Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or other complex B2B environments.
  • Experience implementing Gainsight or customer success platforms.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience building or scaling a Revenue Operations function.
  • Experience leading organizational change associated with commercial transformation.
