Job description

Role: Revenue Operations Analyst · Location: Denver, CO, hybrid (3 days per week in office)

About A2Z Sync

A2Z Sync powers U.S. automotive retailers with an all-in-one operating system. Automotive retail is a market measured in trillions, and it’s still operating on disconnected, decades-old systems. We replace that friction by bringing a dealer’s digital and in-store work together on one platform, driven by AI that’s effortless for any dealer to use. Buyers get a transparent transaction, and dealers get better margins.

We are a SaaS company experiencing tremendous growth. We are continually expanding our product library to give dealers more of what they need in one place, and we’re doing it with a team that takes ownership of outcomes, brings creative solutions to hard problems, and keeps our customers at the center of every decision.

Why This Role Exists

Revenue Operations at A2Z Sync is built on three pillars: Strategy & GTM Operations, Sales Operations & Enablement, and Systems & Insights Operations. Together they keep our teams aligned, our systems running, and our data trusted. As the company grows, we grow the department with it. This role takes ownership of key areas across all three pillars, so RevOps can scale alongside the business and keep its focus on growth while maintaining a solid foundation. As the company’s needs and goals shift, this role is expected to change and evolve with them.

What You’ll Own
Marketing Operations
  • Manage lead lifecycle stages, lead scoring and MQL and SQL definitions to keep the marketing-to-sales handoff clean
  • Build and maintain campaigns, lists and email workflows in HubSpot
  • Analyze campaign attribution and lead-to-opportunity conversion to show which channels drive pipeline
Data & Analytics Governance
  • Keep CRM and market data clean and reliable: deduplication, enrichment, field standards and dealer group tagging
  • Build and maintain dashboards and the Alert Center, and analyze pipeline and funnel trends to recommend improvements to leadership
  • Maintain our AI data dictionary and automation governance standards
Tech Stack Administration
  • Administer HubSpot day to day: users, permissions, properties, pipelines and workflows
  • Manage integrations across our GTM tools, troubleshoot sync issues, and support migrations and new tool rollouts
  • Track tool usage, renewals and spend, and flag overlap or waste
Sales Operations and Enablement
  • Own lead routing rules and assignment, and keep SLAs on track
  • Calculate commissions and SPIFF payouts accurately and on time
  • Run system onboarding and tool training for revenue teams, and track adoption to close usage gaps
  • Own the sales help desk and maintain SOPs, playbooks and process documentation
Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue, sales or marketing operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Hands-on CRM administration, HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivot tables and building clean reports
  • A track record of owning data accuracy, such as leading data cleanups, audits or deduplication projects
  • Experience writing SOPs, process docs or training materials that teams use day to day
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently and know when to escape
  • Able to work from our Denver office 3 days per week
Preferred
  • Experience owning marketing operations or GTM processes, including lead management, attribution and funnel reporting
  • Background in lead scoring models or MQL and SQL definitions
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Hands-on commission and SPIFF calculation for a sales team, including disputes and plan changes
  • Familiarity with automotive retail, dealerships or B2B SaaS
  • Working knowledge of workflow automation, BI tools, APIs and system integrations
  • Comfort working with third-party market or data enrichment sources
  • A habit of using AI tools to automate reporting or speed up operations work
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual performance bonus eligibility
  • Equity participation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Employer-provided short-term and long-term disability and life insurance
  • Matching 401(k) plan
  • Unlimited paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays
  • Ongoing professional development reimbursement
  • The expected salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Our Values: We Are DRIVEN
  • Dealership Obsessed: We measure our success by the dealer’s wins and the trust of their buyers, not just our own code.
  • Relentless Ownership: No lone wolves, but no pass-backs either. We don’t say “that’s not my job.”
  • Invent with Purpose: We don’t chase shiny tech. We replace guesswork with intelligence, building the data backbone that turns raw information into a competitive advantage.
  • Value Every Perspective: We are Better Together. We check egos at the door.
  • Evolve or Evaporate: Change is our constant. We stay ahead by learning faster than the competition.
  • Now Over Next: Perfection is the enemy of progress. We prefer action over endless analysis.
Overview of the First 90 Days
Days 1–30: Learn how we run today
  • Get admin access and complete training on HubSpot and our GTM tools, including integrations, workflows and properties, and inventory users, licenses, renewals and spend
  • Complete company onboarding, then shadow Sales and CS to follow a lead from first touch to closed, auditing CRM data quality along the way
  • Review our current dashboards, reports and lead routing rules, and start covering the sales help desk by week two
Days 31–60: Strengthen the foundation
  • Begin aligning pipeline stages, lead scoring, customer segmentation, automations and company definitions across our teams
  • Complete the first CRM cleanup, put data quality checks in place, and draft our AI data dictionary
  • Take ownership of lead routing, SLA reporting, and the commission and SPIFF cycle
Days 61–90: Make it visible
  • Launch dashboards, the Alert Center, and bring leadership a prioritized list of integration gaps, tool overlap and process improvements
  • Run the first onboarding and tool training session, and draft the SOPs behind the help desk
  • Enhance Marketing Operations, beginning with target identification, lead lifecycle, campaign attribution and a clean marketing-to-sales handoff
