Cushman & Wakefield in Frisco, TX seeks a Revenue Manager to optimize multifamily pricing using YieldStar, AIRM and LRO. You will analyze asset performance, generate reports, and advise on pricing strategy across portfolios.
Additionally, you will train regional managers on pricing systems, build strong client relationships, and manage daily pricing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in Yardi, RentCafe, BI and MS Office is required.
The Revenue Manager evaluates and analyzes asset performance using the tools available within YieldStar, AIRM, and Lease Rent Options (LRO). The Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue performance for their portfolio. In addition to reviewing, understanding, and compiling reports on asset performance, the Revenue Manager is required to be an expert in the pricing application and related procedures. Reaching across multiple department lines to build a strong uniramous strategy, this individual will act as the advisor for the client and operations team from implementation, managing daily rent pricing and ongoing support. The Revenue Manager will also be responsible for training the Regional Property Manager and their property team members on their respective pricing system.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 85,000.00 - $100,000.00
