Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Revenue Manager for Multifamily in the United States. You will evaluate asset performance using YieldStar, AIRM, and LRO, optimize revenue, and deliver reports to senior management. You will train regional teams on pricing systems and collaborate with operations across departments to implement revenue strategies.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in multifamily operations, and strong Excel/BI skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.
Job Description Summary The Revenue Manager evaluates and analyzes asset performance using the tools available within YieldStar, AIRM, and Lease Rent Options (LRO). The Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue performance for their portfolio. In addition to reviewing, understanding, and compiling reports on asset performance, the Revenue Manager is required to be an expert in the pricing application and related procedures. Reaching across multiple department lines to build a strong uniramous strategy, this individual will act as the advisor for the client and operations team from implementation, managing daily rent pricing and ongoing support. The Revenue Manager will also be responsible for training the Regional Property Manager and their property team members on their respective pricing system.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 85,000.00 - $100,000.00
