  • Support the company’s growth into a multi‑product organization by driving continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and supporting documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of revenue accounting processes, systems, and documentation to support a growing multi‑product and consumption‑based business model.
  • Lead monthly revenue close activities, including the review of variance analyses, reconciliations, and SOX controls.
  • Own and maintain the Company’s revenue recognition policy and other related policies (e.g., Gross vs. Net, contract combination, consideration payable, AR Reserve).
  • Manage quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including preparation of footnote disclosures, maintaining internal controls, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
  • Design and implement scalable revenue accounting solutions that support new product launches and growth across reseller organizations.
  • Collaborate with business technology, engineering, and key business owners to drive key system initiatives and improvements, including the optimization of the revenue recognition engine.
About You

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university with concentrations in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including experience with SaaS and service arrangements.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of U.S. GAAP revenue recognition rules, specifically ASC 606 and consumption‑based revenue recognition standards.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Zuora, and Roadrunner CPQ.
  • Experience with systems implementations.
  • Experience with a Big‑4 or equivalent national accounting firm.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
