Choice Hotels International is seeking a Program Manager for the ChoiceROCS Revenue Optimization Consulting Services. The role drives delivery and evolution of the ROCS program, ensuring hotels receive strategic revenue management support and improved portfolio performance.

Qualifications

5-7 years of Revenue Management experience.
Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles, tools, reports and industry metrics.
Knowledge of Choice Internet sites, PMS, Choice distribution platforms and GDS is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The ChoiceROCS Program Manager oversees the delivery and enablement of the Choice Revenue Optimization Consulting Services (ROCS) program. This person is responsible for managing and evolving the ROCS program. This role ensures hotels receive strategic revenue management support through structured service levels, improving performance and competitive advantage across the portfolio.

Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Optimize and maintain internal integrity in areas such as billing, compliance and vendor relationships.
Deploy initiatives that lift adoption and retention while streamlining current processes.
Be a leader in clarity through communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders through partnered cross-functionality.
Manage internal processes and associated workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with program standards.
Track, analyze, and forecast hotel engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize program participation.
Communicate program updates, advocacy efforts, and informational opportunities to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

5-7 years of Revenue Management experience
Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Management principles and philosophies, tools, and reports, as well as industry standard metrics and related reports.
Knowledge of Choice Internet sites, Property Management Systems, Choice distribution platforms and strategies, GDS systems a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of leadership

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Additional Skills & Competencies

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Education Requirements

BS/BA degree or an equivalent work‑related experience in hospitality or Revenue Management.
Revenue Management certification (CHRM or CRME) is preferred.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $86,886- $102,219.
