The Role

The Revenue Management Analyst assists in identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on gathering data and conducting analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel.

This role supports the Central Revenue Managers, with responsibilities assisting in:

•Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls

•Ensure group inventory is managed

•Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels, ensuring parity in all distribution channels

•Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel

•Prepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetings

•Prepare monthly sales strategy review of 12-month booking window.Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle

Qualifications

Experience Required:

•Work with and understand hotel revenue information and data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

•High school diploma

Experience Preferred:

• One year of work experience in a hotel, business, sales, or related field
