Job summary

RPM Living in Austin, TX seeks a Revenue Management Analyst to support revenue management systems across assigned properties. You will troubleshoot RMS/PMS integrations, model pricing, and prepare reports for leadership, with a focus on maximizing rental revenue and occupancy.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence four days per week, and you will train end users, monitor performance, and collaborate with property and regional managers on pricing and renewal strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of multifamily experience preferred
  • Yardi/OneSite experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of Yieldstar, LRO, or AIRM experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues between RMS and PMS
  • Create revenue management program pricing and implementation proposals
  • Participate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of duties
  • Conduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training sessions with end users and Supervisors
  • Set up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other optional parameters
  • Evaluate properties’ rental revenue performance against financial objectives and report on variances
  • Monitor adoption and compliance
  • Conduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including shopping the competition
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Communicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property adjustments
  • Prepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetings
  • Be proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used in the leasing process at the communities and coach community employees to effectively use the systems and tools

Position Summary

The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of revenue management systems at assigned properties.

Required Travel
Education And Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
