Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a BPO Consultant to drive operational efficiency across revenue cycle functions. You will lead value stream assessments, redesign workflows, and enable scalable, data‑driven solutions with IT, Finance and Compliance partners.

You will leverage Epic expertise, analytics tools, and KPI development to improve transparency and reimbursement performance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 7 years progressive Revenue Cycle experience.
• Five years of progressive Revenue Cycle experience required; healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10, CMS rules, payer strategies, and workflow methods.
• Proficient in Epic modules, especially Epic workflow and WQs.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream assessments and cross-functional process redesign.
• Develop standardized workflows and data-driven performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations and Compliance to enhance revenue integrity.
• Identify improper coding and support denial resolution strategies.
• Provide training and expertise during system implementations and upgrades.
