Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the Revenue Integrity function under the oversight of the CFO and VP, Revenue Cycle at SRC
• Perform audits and reviews of departmental charge capture and reconciliation, denials management for all campuses, daily reporting, and work on unbilled/DNFB, departmental education, and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with Revenue Cycle and hospital/clinic operations
• Interface regularly with hospital and clinic leadership, Billing, HIM staff, and department leadership to ensure timely and effective audits and action plans
• Ensure revenue integrity functions such as charge capture, denials management, unbilled claims, and chargemaster maintenance
• Support departments in charge capture and reconciliation
• Ensure scheduled reports are run, distributed, and inquiries handled; reports include Unbilled claims and Denials Recap details/summary
• Maintain the chargemaster in compliance with insurance and government regulations, updating regularly as needed
• Follow up on denials to analyze claims and implement correction action plans with stakeholders
• Communicate regularly with department Directors regarding regulations and operational changes; foster a positive, collaborative environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• EPIC experience preferred
