Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Sr. Revenue Integrity Analyst in the United States (KY region) to own advanced revenue analysis, month-end controls, and collaboration across finance, operations, technology, and engineering.

The role targets accurate invoicing, revenue application, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting. The analyst will investigate revenue leakage, manage SLAs, mentor junior staff, and develop dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, healthcare payment integrity, revenue cycle or related fields.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; proficiency developing reports and insights in Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to own multistep month-end controls and resolve complex discrepancies across client-supplied files and internal systems.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, Technology, Engineering, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end revenue validation controls and close support schedules.
• Investigate missed or misstated revenue using transaction data and contract terms.
• Oversee reconciliation of client self-billing files and data loading/quality checks.
• Review invoicing accuracy and contract alignment; resolve discrepancies and disputes.
• Analyze period-over-period variances in financial data and inventory.
• Lead resolutions for complex client issues and prepare recommendations.
