Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. The role supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis for the enterprise.

You will analyze complex financial data, build detailed models, present recommendations to Executive Leadership, and collaborate with global and cross-functional partners. Hybrid work options available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or accounting.
• 5 years of related experience (travel may be required).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze highly complex financial and operational information to deliver insights.
• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly forecasts.
• Develop reports and financial models to assess performance and ROI.
