Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Revenue Integrity professional to resolve charging issues, review accounts, and maintain documentation for payer audits. You will work with Cerner and Meditech systems to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.

You will create reports for management on appeals, adjustments, and outcomes, and assist with education on medical policies for denials. This role supports daily workflow and collaborates with team members to improve accuracy and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Business, Healthcare, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with revenue integrity or payer audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review charge rejections from Cerner to Meditech on a daily basis.
• Identify trends and report them to Revenue Integrity Coordinator and Management.
• Assist with audits, appeals, and large-scale account corrections as needed.
