We are seeking a skilled Revenue Integrity Analyst III to join our team remotely. This role involves researching, managing, and implementing Charge Description Master (CDM) and charge capture initiatives to ensure revenue management and protection. The analyst will conduct audits, reviews, and special projects to maintain compliance and optimize revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret guidance affecting billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
• Review and approve CDM change requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide education and guidance on billing and charge capture procedures.
• Lead special projects related to system conversions, new facilities, or regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years healthcare-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience with CDM or charge capture.
• Applicable clinical or professional certifications (e.g., LVN, RN, CPC) are highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement principles.
