We’re looking for a Revenue Strategy & Business Intelligence Manager to transform the way we think about revenue across our clubs. This isn’t a traditional reporting role — we’re looking for someone who can look at our business differently, uncover opportunities others aren’t seeing, and use AI, data, and business insights to help our clubs make better decisions and generate more revenue.

This role will work in the clubs and alongside club leadership, getting close to the business to understand what drives membership, programming, personal training, food & beverage, events, retail, and other revenue streams. You’ll turn data into clear, actionable insights — helping leaders understand where we’re performing well, where we’re leaving money on the table, and what we should do next.

You’ll use AI tools and emerging technologies to automate reporting, analyze trends, identify opportunities, improve forecasting, and build new ways of looking at our business. We want someone who is constantly asking: What are we missing? What could we do differently? Where is the next dollar of revenue going to come from?

The ideal candidate is equal parts business strategist, data storyteller, and AI innovator. You don’t need to come from a traditional revenue-management background. We’re more interested in someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, curious, comfortable working with ambiguity, and excited about using technology to fundamentally change how a business operates.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be in the business, not sitting behind a spreadsheet. You’ll partner directly with club leaders and cross-functional teams to turn insights into action and help build a more data-driven, revenue-focused culture across Lakeshore Sport & Fitness.
