Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Intern for a summer program in Knoxville, Tennessee. You will work with the RGM team to analyze marketing and promotional performance and gain hands-on experience in advanced analytics under seasoned Data & AI professionals.

You will use Excel and SQL to process large datasets, generate insights, and support strategic recommendations that drive guest engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business analytics or a related field.
• SQL coursework and analytics coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and retail analytics to evaluate promotions.
• Support data analysis using Excel/SQL and identify trends.
• Investigate marketing impact on guest behavior and revenue.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
