Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Specialist to ensure our go-to-market teams are prepared to sell every product we launch. You’ll build programs, set standards for readiness, and measure impact from day one.
You’ll partner with product marketing, revenue strategy, and sales to define what great product enablement looks like, create talking points and demos, and scale reusable resources for new hires. This role is a chance to shape a new function at Mercury.
In the early days of Silicon Valley, the most powerful ideas spread not through ads or algorithms, but through conversation. It was founders sharing lessons over coffee, investors making connections at late-night dinners, communities forming around ambition and belief. These moments weren’t loud, but they were transformative.
At Mercury, we believe modern banking* should feel the same way - powerful, personal, and effortless. Our mission is to simplify finance for ambitious founders so they can spend less time managing money and more time building what matters.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Enablement Specialist to ensure our go-to-market teams are ready to sell every product we launch. Mercury is shipping new products faster than ever, and this role will own how our reps learn, practice, and prove they’re ready to sell with confidence from day one. You’ll build the programs, set the standard for what good looks like, and measure the impact it makes in the field.
This is a chance to build a function from the ground up at a pivotal moment in our growth. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, revenue strategy, and sales on high-visibility launches, helping define what great product enablement looks like at Mercury.
