We’re seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager who will focus on building seller skills, embedding established sales methodologies, and delivering consistent execution across our global revenue organization. This role is highly interactive; you’ll be on the “front lines” with our BDRs, AEs, Solution Engineers, and Merchant Success teams, coaching them to adopt methodologies like MEDDPICC and Force Management’s Command of the Message, while also leveling up their discovery, negotiation, and value-based selling skills. The right person loves working directly with sellers and managers, running hands-on training sessions, and reinforcing skills in live deal cycles. This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement.
Compensation note: ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $93,893 - $156,488. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company\'s discretionary bonus plan based on Company plans and in accordance with Company policies.
