Job summary

Cribl is seeking a curious and organized Enablement Intern to support content management, onboarding, and enablement tooling in a remote-first, fast‑moving SaaS environment.

You will work with Seismic Assist, Jira, and AI-enabled workflows to help scale our go‑to‑market operations while gaining hands-on exposure to modern enablement technology and cross‑functional collaboration across Revenue Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, enablement operations, knowledge management, or go‑to‑market systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and workflows quickly

Responsibilities

• Publish, tag, maintain and QA enablement content within Seismic Assist with content audits and cleanup tied to brand refresh
• Manage enablement workflows, including Jira requests, onboarding support, and basic troubleshooting for enablement tools
• Create or update internal documentation, FAQs, and centralized enablement resources
• Gain exposure to AI roleplay and sales coaching platforms
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement, Marketing and Operations on onboarding and enablement projects
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks efficiently
