Job summary

Impact Advisors is seeking a Revenue Cycle Managing Consultant to lead back-end revenue cycle improvements in an Epic environment. You will drive AR reduction, cash acceleration, and payer yield improvement for leading healthcare organizations.

The role requires extensive experience in hospital or professional billing, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders. Travel up to 80% may be involved.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with measurable margin improvement.
• Deep expertise in back-end revenue cycle operations including denials management and AR reduction.
• Ability to translate complex revenue cycle data into actionable strategies for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage Revenue Cycle engagements and serve as a subject matter expert in Epic-based back-end operations.
• Lead large-scale revenue cycle transformation initiatives across healthcare organizations.
• Redesign and optimize workflows for charge capture, billing, denials, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Partner with stakeholders to align revenue cycle with Epic capabilities and sustain improvements.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and provide timely client updates.
