Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Pasadena, CA seeks an experienced consultant to assess, optimize, and drive improvements across the end-to-end revenue cycle. You will deliver insights, coordinate with operations, IT, and clinical stakeholders, and lead change management efforts to strengthen performance and financial outcomes.

The role focuses on end-to-end process assessment, identifying gaps, validating data quality, and supporting remediation design and implementation, while managing complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with applicable experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, or operations.
• Master's degree with relevant experience for preferred qualifications.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years with a Master’s degree OR minimum eight (8) years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes cross-functional collaboration to drive business initiatives and projects.
• Completes assignments autonomously and develops solutions based on business knowledge.
• Identifies and briefs stakeholders to ensure representation across tracks/workstreams.
• Develops requirements for complex business or system solutions with stakeholders.
• Performs data analyses to support business initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Monitors compliance with KPIs and company policies.
