Job summary

Works collaboratively with information services, in addition to other departments as necessary. Will serve as an administrator for clearinghouse software to help create and maintain updates, included but not limited to new users, edits, and security. Provide oversight as an administrator to all payer web portals, included but not limited to new users and security. Serves as the gatekeep Revenue Cycle equipment needs, including maintaining inventory control of equipment, ordering new equipment when needed, and collaborating with IT business partners for additional equipment needs.
