Position Overview

The Sr. Revenue Integrity Analyst possesses a clear understanding of the hospital revenue cycle. The role involves providing system support by planning, implementing, and evaluating operational needs according to Revenue Integrity processes and work plans, including data extraction and analysis from multiple systems. The analyst coordinates and manages multiple projects simultaneously, reprioritizing as necessary, and identifies and implements solutions to improve work efficiency based on knowledge of business processes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Finance.
• Master's degree (MHA or MBA) preferred.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a financial analyst in hospital decision support or database management.
• Hospital and finance background strongly encouraged, preferred.
• Experience with Financial and Accounts Receivable in a hospital environment.
• Quantitative and financial analysis skills, with good time management and project prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Database management and statistical analysis skills preferred.

Certifications and Licenses

• Epic Clarity Certification preferred.
