North Country Family Health Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to support the full revenue cycle from claim preparation to denial management. You will help ensure accurate, timely billing, collections, and reimbursement for clinical services in a compliant manner.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 2–5 years of related experience, and you will collaborate with clinical, registration, coding, credentialing and finance teams to optimize revenue performance.

• Associate's degree in business management or related field.
• 2-5 years comparable work experience.
